What these terms are
They are the agreement between you and us for using Siami. Spots, public profiles, shops, schools and events can be browsed without an account; these terms apply to you in full if you also open an account.

What Siami is, and what it is not
Siami shows the level of each person who snowboards, kitesurfs, dives or surfs, with its source, and information about the spots, shops, schools and events of each sport.
Siami is not a social network or a messaging service: there are no private messages, and your content lives on your own social accounts; Siami links to it. Siami does not sell or book anything either: bookings, purchases and rentals happen on each shop's or school's website, under their own terms.
How to get an account
You need an account to have a profile, follow someone, save a spot or claim a profile that is yours. It is the same central identity you use across the platform: Siami has no sign-up of its own. To have a public profile you must be 16 or older.
Your profile and what you publish
- What you put on your profile is yours and you are responsible for it being true. What you declare is shown as declared; it only becomes accredited or certified when a school signs it or a person reviews the evidence. Do not try to make something declared look verified.
- You allow us to show your public profile on Siami and in its share links while your account exists. You can change or delete it whenever you want.
- Do not upload content that is not yours or that you have no right to publish, photos of other people without their permission, or health data.
Community rules and moderation
When using Siami you agree not to:
- publish illegal, violent, hateful or sexual content, or harass anyone;
- impersonate another person, a school or a federation;
- make up qualifications, sessions or results, or ask for signatures for sessions you did not do;
- try to access other accounts' data or get around permission checks;
- strain the service with automation that degrades it for others.
Anyone can report content or a profile. A person reviews every report; if the content breaks these rules or the law, we remove it and tell you why. If you disagree with a removal, write to socials@profblu.com and we review it again. The full community rules are in the app.

Minors
Siami is not for people under 16. An account under the minimum age has no public profile, and Siami never builds the profile of a minor from public sources. If you see a profile that seems to belong to a minor, report it.
Unclaimed profiles
Siami may show the profile of a person who does not have an account yet, built from information that person already made public, with the link to the source of each item. It is never presented as verified. If you are that person you can claim your profile with your account and manage it, or ask us to delete your data without an account. Today's conditions, and safety on the water and in the mountains
Today's conditions are a summary of public weather data, with the time they were calculated. They are not an official forecast or a recommendation to go out. The decision is yours: check the conditions on site, follow the instructions of the school, lifeguards and authorities, and do not go beyond your level.
Prize draws and membership
Prize draws have their own rules, published with each draw. Membership and its benefits are explained in the app; today it is free.
Price
Browsing Siami, having an account and having a profile are free.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Siami available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service: it is updated often, there may be maintenance and it may fail. We may change, improve or withdraw features.
Warranties and liability
Siami is provided "as is", with the care we put into it and without a guarantee that it is error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit not caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor for what the shops and schools we link to offer. If you are a consumer, none of this limits the rights your country's law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using Siami whenever you want and delete your account (how, in Delete your data). We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken or if its use puts the service or other people at risk; except in urgent cases, we will warn you first.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will announce it with enough time to read them. The date of the last revision is at the top of this page.
Governing law and complaints
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and the right to go to the courts of your domicile. Before that, write to us.
