If you have an account, from the website
- Go to Your account on the Siami website, signed in.
- Under Delete your account, press the button, type BORRAR and confirm.
Deletion is immediate. When it finishes we show you what was deleted and sign you out.
If you have an account, from the app
- Open Siami and go to your profile.
- In Settings, tap Your account.
- Tap Delete my account, type BORRAR and confirm.
Without the app and without signing in
Write to socials@profblu.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it and confirm by email. If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm from your account's address: that is how we know it is you asking.
If we built your profile from public sources
If we built your profile from public sources and you do not want to be there, you do not need an account. Write to socials@profblu.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the link to your profile (siami.profblu.com/p/…). A person reviews it, we remove the profile and record that it must not be built again. We reply when it is done, within the legal deadline, one month at most.
If you would rather stay and manage it yourself, sign in and tap Is it you? Claim your profile on the profile itself.
What is deleted
- Your account: your identity, your credentials and every open session.
- Your sports profile: nickname, public address, sports, level, home spots and social accounts. It stops showing on the website, in the athlete list and in share links.
- Your logbook, your accreditations and whatever remains of their files.
- Who you follow and the spots you saved.
- The phones we notified, and your notifications.
If you use this same account in other apps of the platform, you will no longer be able to sign in to them with it either.
What is kept, and why
- Signatures you gave as a school on other people's sessions stay in those people's logbooks, without your name: they are part of their history.
- The record that you accepted the terms and the privacy policy, which proves that consent existed.
- Backups renew themselves within 35 days at most; after that, nothing of your account remains in them.
More detail in the Privacy policy.
